Responsibility and scope
Fumble Trading is the service name. The legal controller, jurisdiction, address and privacy email must still be completed before this draft is finalized. This policy covers the website and current account, Demo and Ideas flows. It does not claim compliance certification or designate a legal basis in a jurisdiction that has not yet been selected.
Account and technical data
Account data includes email, username, account identifier, avatar, role and relevant timestamps. Firebase Authentication handles login credentials and technical authentication information; passwords are not displayed in the application profile. Technical providers may process IP addresses, device/browser details and service logs to operate and secure their services. We do not require a seed phrase or identity-document upload in the current signup flow.
Activity, wallet and community data
Demo records include virtual balances, sessions, orders, positions and ledger events tied to your account. Optional wallet checks process a public address, ownership challenge, verification status and public balance; the verification message does not authorize transfers. Ideas stores creator content, uploaded images, outcomes and follower account identifiers. The request-preparation form in these docs runs locally and does not send or save your request on our server.
Purposes and choices
Data supports account access, virtual execution, community publishing, access-role verification, abuse prevention and operational support. Browser language and feed preferences are saved only if you allow preference storage. No analytics or advertising integrations are activated in the current website. Do not infer permission for future tracking or marketing from account creation. The applicable legal bases and any mandatory notices must be reviewed after the operating jurisdiction is defined.
Visibility and recipients
Your profile document and demo account records are restricted to your account by current database rules. Creator profiles, ideas and follower identifiers are readable by authenticated members. Public wallet information remains visible on the blockchain. Infrastructure providers process data to deliver services; disclosures may also be required by a lawful request or to protect rights, subject to applicable limits. No current advertising-data sale flow is implemented.
Providers and international processing
Google Firebase provides authentication, database, functions and file storage. Google documents that Firebase Authentication operates in US data centers; other service locations depend on configuration. Market search and wallet checks use Dexscreener and Solana RPC services with search terms or public addresses. External image hosts may receive browser connection data when their images load. Automated creator analysis may send published signal history (pairs, market types, outcomes and entry prices) to Google Gemini. Personal assistant chat is not an active feature.
Retention and deletion
Account, community and demo records currently have no automatic account-retention expiry. They require a documented deletion process when no longer needed or when a valid request applies, subject to legal retention and security exceptions. Temporary market records have expiry fields, but deletion timing depends on deployed cleanup configuration. Resetting Demo preserves older sessions. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention cycles; blockchain and copies already held by third parties cannot simply be erased by Fumble.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your data, and contact the competent authority. We may need proportionate verification of account control; never send a password or seed phrase. Use the request tool to prepare a copy. The receiving email is pending, so downloading is not submission and no response deadline begins through this tool. Procedures and statutory time limits must be completed for the selected jurisdiction.
Security and minors
Authentication, access rules and server-side validation are used to limit access; no system is risk-free. Do not post sensitive personal information in Ideas. The service is intended for adults; if an account belonging to a minor is identified, a proportionate restriction and deletion review should follow. Material policy changes should be notified as required; new optional processing requires its own choice where applicable.
